WMS Built for Your Warehouse
Custom Warehouse Management Systems for 3PL, pick-pack-ship, and fulfillment operations at any scale
Your Warehouse Runs on Spreadsheets and Memory. That Does Not Scale.
Most growing warehouses rely on spreadsheets, paper pick lists, and tribal knowledge. As SKU counts grow and order volumes increase, these systems break down, leading to mis-picks, phantom inventory, missed SLAs, and endless manual reconciliation.
A custom WMS gives your warehouse operations real-time control from the moment goods arrive to the moment they leave, every movement tracked, every operator guided, every location accounted for.
Custom WMS Capabilities
Full warehouse control from dock to dispatch, every workflow built to your spec.
Inbound & Receiving
ASN-based receiving with quality inspection gates, damage recording, and directed putaway to optimal locations.
Inventory Management
Real-time stock tracking by location, lot, batch, and expiry — barcode and RFID scanning throughout.
Pick & Pack Workflows
Wave picking, zone picking, and batch picking with voice-directed or RF-guided workflows for maximum throughput.
Outbound & Dispatch
Shipping label generation, carrier booking, order consolidation, and staging with dock door assignmen
Cycle Counting
Scheduled and exception-triggered cycle counts with real-time variance analysis and accuracy reporting.
Multi-Client 3PL Support
Client-level inventory segregation, individual billing rules, and per-client reporting for 3PL operators.
What We Build Into Your WMS
Scoped during Discovery Sprint. Your system includes only what your operation needs.
ERP Integration
Bi-directional sync with SAP, Oracle, Tally for purchase orders, GRN, stock postings, and delivery notes.
TMS Integration
Connect warehouse dispatch with your transportation system for seamless outbound execution
eCommerce & Marketplace
Shopify, Flipkart, Amazon, WooCommerce — orders in automatically, fulfilment status out.
Scanner & RFID Hardware
Zebra, Honeywell, and Datalogic RF terminals — mobile handheld scanners and fixed RFID readers.
Analytics & Reporting
Throughput, pick accuracy, labour productivity, and SLA compliance in a live operations dashboard.
Warehouse Mobile App
Android RF terminal app for receiving, putaway, picking, and stock take — works offline and syncs on reconnect.
Common Questions
In most cases, yes. Our WMS is browser-based and hardware-agnostic for handheld scanning — compatible with Zebra, Honeywell, and other Android-based scanners running a browser. For fixed scanners, label printers, and RFID readers, we assess compatibility during the Discovery Sprint and specify any hardware upgrades that would materially improve operational performance.
Yes. Tally integration is a standard capability for our India-based clients — covering inventory movement postings, purchase order receipt confirmation, and sales order fulfilment confirmation. Tally’s integration architecture requires a specific approach; we have implemented this integration for multiple clients and do not treat it as a custom scope item.
For a standard WMS — inbound, inventory, pick-pack-ship, and ERP integration — the build phase typically takes 12–16 weeks following the two-week Discovery Sprint. 3PL multi-client billing and multi-warehouse configurations add scope and time. We confirm the timeline precisely in the Discovery Sprint proposal.
