Route optimisation, driver apps, and real-time tracking for last-mile logistics operators across MEA.
Design last-mile delivery systems with route optimization, driver workflows, and real-time tracking across your operations
Last-mile delivery is the most expensive and visible part of your logistics chain. Most operators run it with basic tools — manual route planning on WhatsApp, no real-time rider tracking, and zero customer communication until a missed delivery.
A custom last-mile platform gives you the tools to optimise routes, track every rider in real time, and deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty — with full data ownership.
From dispatch to doorstep — every tool your delivery operation needs.
Multi-stop route planning with real-time traffic, delivery time windows, and vehicle capacity constraints.
Android rider app for dispatch alerts, navigation, OTP confirmation, cash COD, and POD capture.
Real-time fleet map, order status board, exception queue, and SLA monitor for operations managers.
Automated SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts for dispatch, ETA updates, and delivery confirmation.
Branded customer-facing tracking page with live rider location and real-time estimated arrival.
On-time rate, cost per delivery, rider productivity, failure reason analysis, and zone heatmaps.
Optimized routes and dispatch improve delivery throughput
Track drivers, orders, and delivery status continuously
Accurate ETAs and updates reduce missed deliveries
Reduce fuel, time, and failed delivery attempts
Better assignment and routing improves driver productivity
Track and handle failed deliveries with structured workflows
Yes. The driver management layer supports both employed drivers (managed through a full driver profile with vehicle assignment, shift scheduling, and performance tracking) and contracted or gig drivers (managed through a simpler onboarding flow with route assignment and POD capture). Access levels and data visibility are configurable by driver type.
Failed attempts are captured through the driver app with a reason code (not home, refused, address not found, access denied) and photo evidence. The platform automatically triggers a customer notification with rescheduling options — either a link to self-select a new delivery window or a call-back request. Failed attempt shipments are queued for re-dispatch on the next available route without manual re-entry.
Yes. The last-mile platform connects to your TMS for outbound shipment release and to your WMS for despatch confirmation. Where both systems are built by Svvatech, integration is native. Where we are building the last-mile platform to connect with an existing third-party TMS or WMS, we design the integration during the Discovery Sprint.
