  • Scope — All project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the Statement of Work
  • Ownership — On full payment, final deliverables are assigned to the client as specified in the contract. Svvatech retains the right to use generic frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed during the engagement for future work
  • Confidentiality — Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality on shared business information
  • Payment — Invoicing, payment terms, and currency are specified in the client contract. Late payments may incur service suspension

6. Discovery Calls and Proposals

Discovery calls booked through our Website are complimentary consultations intended to assess project fit. Information shared during discovery calls is treated confidentially but does not constitute a formal contractual relationship. Any proposal, quote, or estimate issued by Svvatech is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and is subject to a signed agreement before work begins.

For contracted client engagements with international clients, the governing law and dispute resolution forum may be specified separately in the signed service agreement.

Svvatech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power or internet outages, or pandemics.
